Once you request an appointment time, your Shop-At-Home professional will contact you to confirm and assist with any additional questions you might have.
Shop at Home Steps:
1. Choose your date and time for a home appointment.
2. We’ll call you to confirm a timeframe and discuss the project.
3. A Shop at Home Specialist will meet you in your home and they can bring samples to review with you.
4. While the Shop at Home Specialist is there they will measure and provide an estimate.
5. We will work with you to ensure we can meet your timeline!
What is Shop In-Store?
When you Shop-In-Store, you can explore thousands of impressive products with our flooring specialists. Bring your questions, receive expert advice, and we can help schedule the next steps!
Shop In Store Steps:
1. Choose a date and time to schedule or just stop by whenever you’re free.
2. We can discuss your project in person and walk you through samples in our store (you can even bring the samples home with you).
3. If you’re not sure about the size of the project we can set up a time for a professional to come by and measure.
4. Once we have the size for the project the sales professional will provide you with a quote.
5. We will work with you to ensure we can meet your timeline!
