Retail Sales Associate
(in any of our 3 locations: Natick, Burlington, and Saugus)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling all types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and LVT

  • Customer order entry into our industry-specific retail sales computer system (RFMS)

  • Breaking down floor plans and determining how much flooring is needed based on floor plans

  • Ordering and tracking material from mills & suppliers

  • Handling all aspects of the flooring sale from start to finish

  • Customer service including answering phones and dealing with installation and product questions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Retail Flooring & Sales experience

  • Basic computer & email skills

  • Superior customer service skills are a must!

  • Weekends and some nights required

  • Positive Attitude

  • Ability to Adapt to a Growing & Changing Company
